Performer, Writer, Storyteller

Since I was young, it has always been a goal of mine to work in the theme park industry.

As a creatively inclined person, nearly every facet of my life surrounds storytelling and crafting enriching entertainment, a passion rooted in my upbringing in New Orleans. In addition to graduating from the top charter school in the state, I attended the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts’ conservatory Drama program for all four years of high school. My education at NOCCA not only shaped my desire to work in a creative field, but also to collaborate on unique projects of quality entertainment.

From there I attended Rollins College in their Honors Program after receiving both the Presidential Academic Scholarship and Priscilla Parker Artistic Scholarship for acting and writing, maintaining both for all four years. I graduated from Rollins with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance, Directing, and Dramatic Writing, and a minor in Art History.

While studying at both Rollins and NOCCA, I took extensive classes in playwrighting, screenplay writing, narrative structure, creative writing, and script analysis. My passion for storytelling has only deepened since graduating, as I have continued to read books about story structure in addition to completing three full-length screenplays. Now in a professional landscape, I believe the theme park industry is a place where I could fully utilize my creative horizons and even expand them.

Professionally, I have taken on several positions in social media marketing, administrative staffing, and writing. As the Content Producer for an emerging art history magazine, I singlehandedly reinvented their social media approach. I was able to reach an additional 11.5 million accounts in four months, increase the number of followers from under 5,000 to over 64,000 in less than a year, and boost the views to an average of 5.5 million per month. All of this resulted in increasing the account’s reach by 62,000% in three months.

I recently worked as an Administrative Assistant and Researcher for a gallery owner in New Orleans, helping to organize schedules, field phone calls, and coordinate meetings with museums and buyers. I believe I have a unique perspective to share, employing a passion and deep understanding for both the theme park and film industries as an actor with a strong practical skillset. I believe I could combine my professional experience with my deep admiration and knowledge of the entertainment sphere to be of use to your organization. I am a hard worker, a supportive team member, and someone who thrives in environments that allow me to fully utilize my creativity.
